Regional Championship Qualifiers are competitive-level Magic events where players battle for the chance to qualify for higher-level organised play, alongside exclusive promo rewards.

This RCQ will use the Sealed format, with each player receiving 6 The Hobbit booster packs to build their deck for the event. Swiss rounds will be played based on attendance, followed by a Top 8 Booster Draft playoff to determine the winner.

All participants will receive a Non-Foil Sunpearl Kirin promo just for taking part, with additional rewards available for Top 16 players and the overall winner.
