Event Structure

Crafting & Casual Format

Each participant will dive into a creative, hands-on experience inspired by The Hobbit. No formal tournament gameplay is required to take part!

You will create, decorate, and explore using:

• Official Dwarvish language puzzle worksheets

• Smaug™ colouring templates sized perfectly for card top loaders

• Exclusive The Hobbit-themed stickers and collectible Treasure tokens

The event will consist of:

• A relaxed, self-paced crafting session

• Optional "Learn to Play" Magic instruction for anyone interested

• Crafting begins at 6:00pm

Participation Rewards

Every player who completes the event will receive:

• 1 × Magic: The Gathering | The Hobbit Play Booster Pack

• 1 × Collectible Treasure Token Bag (Contains 2 premium tokens)

If you've never stepped into a local game store before, don't worry—our team will be on hand throughout the day to provide crafting materials, answer questions, and even teach you how to play Magic using Welcome Decks if you're curious.

• Feel free to bring along friends and family who prefer a relaxed hobby atmosphere over competitive play.

• Don't worry about being an expert artist—the fun is discovering the lore and creating together.

• Basic crafting supplies (pens, markers) are provided free of charge during the event.

• This event uses the Casual Rules Enforcement Level with a "Player List Only" pairing method.

• We will be taking photos and videos throughout the day to showcase our community's awesome custom designs.
